North Campus Region baptized 2 new disciples, namely
Pam Amantiad and Mike Castro. Both of them are studying
in UP Diliman

Campus Storm concluded with a concert last June 29
and it was a great success with 2 bpatisms on that
same day.

Souh Campus baptized Rhizza Reyes, a new sister from

bible in just 2 weeks of the Campus Storm.

The
2008 Campus Academic Awards Night is set June 1st
as part of the Campus Storm month long activities.
The Campus Ministry is
comprised of campus students of the Metro Manila
Christian Church and is made up of four campus
regions, the North, South, East and West Regions.
These regions represent students from different colleges
and universities of Metro Manila.
We
function primarily by doing personal and group bible
studies on campus. Having a very consistent presence
on campus is how we make ourselves available to Christians
as well as seekers.

Lastrado oversee the work of the MMCC Campus Ministries.
He work within the campus ministries full-time and
work daily with students in their personal and spiritual
lives. The campus ministries are also led by different
coordinators.

METRO MANILA CHRISTIAN CHURCH
The
Metro
Manila Christian Church (MMCC) is a non-denominational
Christian church located in the Metro Manila area.
We are a group of disciples of Jesus Christ that
firmly believes that the Word of God can change
anyone's life. As disciples of Christ, we are committed
to preaching the Gospel to all people in every nation
regardless of race, religion, socio-economic background
or creed.
We
believe in and we surrender our lives to the one
God who made the heavens and earth and who breathed
life into humanity. We worship and praise the Father
who spoke the world into existence. We worship and
praise Jesus, the Son, who died upon the cross to
redeem us from our sin. We worship and praise the
Holy Spirit who is the seal of our salvation.
Our
eternal purpose is to know God and to glorify
him as God, and let our life shine so others
will see God. Our devotion and ultimate loyalties
are to the Father, who is over all and in all
and through all; to Jesus the Son, who has been
declared both Lord and Christ; and to the Holy
Spirit; who lives in us and empowers us to overcome
the workings of the sinful nature. (Acts 2:
22-38, Romans 8:12-28)
The
cornerstone of our faith is our belief in Jesus
Christ. Everything we hold dear in our faith
originates from his words and his way of life
(John 3:16, John 12:47-48, 1 John 2:5-6)
The
Bible is the inspired and infallibel Word of
God. It is sharp, powerful, effective, challenging,
exposing, and encouraging when it is revered,
studied, preached, taught, and obeyed because
it is from our Creator and therefore relevant
for all generations (1 Timothy 4:13, 2 Timothy
3:16-17)
